Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome. If your child requires a carseat (not booster), please bring the carseat with you and secure it to the vehicle.
An email will be sent to you with meeting location details. Typically for our city tours and mural tours, pick up is in Old Sacramento (in front of the Ferris Wheel). The physical address is 1150 Front St, Sacramento, CA 95814.
For the Fab40s Holiday Lights Tour, the pick up location is Temple Coffee on H Street. The physical address is 4201 H St, Sacramento, CA 95819. Please call us if you have any questions at 916-400-1525.
Bookings can be canceled for a full refund 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Any cancellations that occur after the 24 hour period can be provided store credit to put towards any of our tours available at a later time. Please be aware that prices and availability vary during the holiday seasons. Capital Tuk-Tuk cannot guarantee any specific tour will be available. No cash refunds will be provided after the 24 hour period.
There may be extenuating circumstances beyond Capital Tuk-Tuk’s control that may occur anytime before, during and after the tours. In this event, we are happy to give a full refund, or you are welcome to reschedule or rebook any of our other tours. If severe weather occurs, and safety is of concern, we will have to cancel tours. If in the event the vehicle is non-operational in the middle of a tour, Capital Tuk-Tuk will fully refund the cost of the tour, and will reimburse any transportation accommodations (i.e. Lyft back to vehicle, etc.).
Pets are allowed on the tuk-tuk as long as owners assume full responsibility for the pet. Capital Tuk-Tuk does not bear any responsibility to any injury that may occur in the event of an accident, a pet getting out of the vehicle, or other pet-related circumstances that may occur. Customer agrees to pay for any damages that may occur as a result of bringing a pet on the tour.
